Burgundy Fringe Banner

The Burgundy Scallop Fringe Banner is a versatile party decoration that brings rich color and sophisticated drama to any celebration. This 6 foot fringe banner features two layers of lush red scallop fringe, with a top layer of 7 inch fringe and a bottom layer of 10 inch fringe in a deep burgundy maroon shade. The stitched top edge keeps the fringe banner secure, while 24 inch red ribbon ties on each end allow for easy hanging over doorways, mantels, and photo backdrop walls.
